Made up of the same ingredients that are in your pavement, blackmac slightly and positively penetrates your asphalt surface. This process re-moisturizes and reconditions your asphalt, allowing it to flex with ground movement as it did when it was first laid. Blackmac oil-base sealer is an effective tool for protecting your asphalt against the harsh Canadian climate. It is resistant to salt and will aid in the melting of snow and ice. Protecting your asphalt from further oxidation, frost damage, and destructive UV rays, blackmac is ready to take on any weather that comes its way. Using this product will give your asphalt a shiny appearance for a week before settling to an appealing matte black, lasting for 2 years. OUR PROCESS
Before sealing your pavement, our team will power sweep and blow your driveway to the highest degree of cleanliness. The sealing process will then begin with cutting in around the edges. Our experienced team comes prepared with bendable boards and highly controlled spray units, making sure all landscaping, brick, or curbs will not get hit by any sealer or overspray. After cutting in, we will spray the rest of your pavement with a #3 tip, guaranteeing a well coated and evenly sprayed surface. With our experienced team and our highly graded dependable equipment, there will be zero eye-soar puddles or streaks.
For driveways we can do one coat due to minimal traffic. If desired or needed, we will do two coats. For each coat, we will always stand by the manufacturers recommendations of allowing 24 hours of drying time.
